Estella Warren's felony arrest. Planet Of The Apes star Estella Warren has been arrested after allegedly slamming her Toyota Prius into three cars, kicking a cop AND escaping from a police station, according to reports.

The Canadian-born actress is currently still in a Los Angeles jail after being arrested in the early hours of this morning.

Police told TMZ.com that Warren was driving in LA when she struck three parked cars with her Prius just before midnight last night.

Warren then allegedly attempted to drive away after the incident, but cops spotted her and arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).


According to TMZ.com, after initially resisting arrest and kicking one of the arresting officers, the 32-year-old star was handcuffed and taken to a local police station. But during the booking process, she managed to get out of her handcuffs and made a beeline for the back door of the station, where she tried to escape!

Warren was quickly recaptured and booked at 3.10am for felony escape.

According to the US entertainment website, she will also be booked for assault, hit and run and DUI.

Her booking sheet shows that her bail was set at $100,000, and that she is currently being held by the LAPD traffic division.
