Bradley Cooper, Renee Zellweger Split

After less than two years together, the couple have split, multiple sources confirm to UsMagazine.com. Reps for both Cooper and Zellweger had no comment.

"Limitless" star Cooper, 36, first met Oscar winner Zellweger, 41, six years ago on the set of their thriller
"Case 39," but romance didn't bloom until summer 2009.

(In the interim, both stars had short-lived marriages: Cooper to actress Jennifer Esposito, Zellweger to singer Kenny Chesney. Both unions petered out in less than six months.)

After being photographed dining together in New York in July 2009, the duo were spotted kissing in Spain in early August; the next week, he took her to his Philadelphia hometown.

The actress confirmed that she and husband Cash Warren are expecting their second child. The couple’s first child, Honor, was born in 2008. Alba broke the big news on her Facebook page on Wednesday, remarking that she and Cash are “thrilled.”

Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick have not gotten engaged via a proposal that will air on the season finale of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, according to E!.
Life & Style reported the alleged engagement in the cover story of the magazine's new issue on Wednesday, however the network claims it's false.
"It's not true," E! spokesman John Rizzotti told NewsCore
While Kardashian did not address the report directly, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kourtney and Kim Take New York star also appeared to deny the claim in a Wednesday afternoon Twitter posting of her own.

"WOW!! Where do the mags come up with this stuff? And claiming exclusives? Come on now," Kardashian wrote.

According to the Life & Style report, Kardashian has been wearing an engagement ring in private but taking it off when she goes out in public.

"The season finale, which has already been filmed, ends with Scott proposing and Kourtney accepting. It's been really hard for them to keep it quiet. She's so excited for the finale to air this April so she can finally go out in public with her ring on. She wears it at home all the time," a source told the magazine.

In addition, the report also claims Kardashian's family is aware of her engagement to Disick -- who is the father of her one-year-old son Mason but has previously had a rocky relationship with both Kardashian and her family -- and agreed to keep it secret until the show's finale airs in April.

"The Kardashian clan has finally warmed up to Scott, accepting him into their close-knit crew, but don't expect them to spill Kourt's exciting news anytime soon. The family is really happy about Scott and Kourtney's engagement but they're trying to keep it a secret so it's a huge surprise on the show," another source told Life & Style

CPAC Ron Paul

by Shazy | 1:11 PM in , |

In a strong reflection of just how strong his standing remains within the die-hard conservative community, Texas Republican and 2008 presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul won the Conservative Political Action Conference straw poll on Saturday, earning nearly one-third (31 percent) of the entire vote. The crowd, however, booed heavily when the results were announced. Paul was far and away the most widely anticipated speaker at the three-day conference, with his base of "Paulites" streaming into the main auditorium to hear him rail against government overreach and neoconservativism on Friday afternoon. In many respects, his win in the CPAC poll seemed pre-ordained -- his band of followers having a well-earned reputation for flooding polls and forums like these. What it portends for a possible 2012 presidential run is anyone's guess. Paul had a similar cult-like following during the 2008 election, only to garner a relatively small chunk of the actual vote.

The other potential candidates who scored well and are more "mainstream" picks for the Republican nomination include former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who earned 22 percent of the vote, and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin who came in third with seven percent. Romney had won the last three CPAC polls. Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, another talked about 2012 aspirant, tied "undecided" for fourth place at six percent.

David Beckham recently became a Good Samaritan while attending a soccer game with his sons. Beckham helped out a driver who got stuck in a busy roundabout, and pushed him to the side of the road.

One of David Letterman’s favorite subjects of jokes in recent monologues will now get a chance to deliver a few laughs on her own: Lindsay Lohan will appear on “Late Show with David Letterman” Thursday night to present that night’s Top-10 list. The show announced Ms. Lohan’s appearance late Tuesday. She will appear on satellite and read the list, prepared by the Letterman show writers. The subject was not disclosed Tuesday.

Ms. Lohan will be making her fifth appearance as a guest on the show and her first since 2007. In the interim, she has been in the news frequently, most recently for being charged with stealing a necklace — a topic Mr. Letterman has visited frequently on recent nights with jokes.

Monday night, for example, he told one saying that in the aftermath of the upheaval in Egypt someone noticed that King Tut’s necklace was missing.
