Jennifer Aniston's canine companion dies
Jennifer Aniston's canine companion dies. Jennifer’s longest-lasting male companion has passed away after 15 years of being faithfully by the actress’s side.

Jennifer Aniston’s beloved furry friend Norman passed away a few weeks ago at the age of 15. From Friends to the big screen, the Welsh Corgi-terrior mix has been at Aniston’s side through all the ups and downs and even followed her around the world when she was shooting on location.

“He died a few weeks ago,” Aniston’s rep told People Magazine. “He was an old dog and it was just his time.”

Aniston referred to Norman as her “baby boy” and even purchased her latest swanky New York Pad under the name Norman’s Nest Trust. It’s never easy losing a pet, especially one you treat like family.

We wish Jennifer the best as she deals with the loss of Norman and hope that she when she’s ready she will find a new canine companion who is just as important to her. Fortunately Jennifer still has Dolly, a white German Shepard, to keep her company as she mourns the loss of a great friend.

Radiant Jennifer Aniston Promote New Fragrance
Jennifer Aniston is living proof that certain things do get better with age.

The 42-year-old actress looked radiant as she posed for pictures at a photo call promoting her new perfume at a hotel in Mexico City yesterday.

Dressed in a dazzling gold one shouldered dress and nude sandals, the Friends star looked tanned and healthy as she stood in front of a giant picture of herself wrapped in a blanket.

Jennifer is still sporting her shorter lighter hair style which perfectly off-set her pretty, champagne coloured ensemble.

The star released her first official fragrance, which is called Jennifer Aniston, last month.

'I wanted to create my own fragrance because for years I would make scented oils and lotions for my girlfriends for wedding showers, baby showers and birthdays,' told People magazine recently.

'I would create a personalized scent for them, so when I was offered the opportunity to design my own fragrance I jumped at the chance.

'I wanted to incorporate some scents that I love most, especially living in Southern California, like jasmine, sandalwood, violet and musk.

She adds that is was a labour of love, saying: 'It took over a year to get the fragrance just as I wanted it.'

Just a few days ago Jennifer was endorsing a different product and through a very different medium.

The actress starred in an online viral video for Smart Water - for which she has been the spokes person for several years.

The video, which was posted on YouTube three days ago, already has over five million hits after jokingly being marketed as a 'Jennifer Aniston Sex Tape' and featuring puppies, a dancing baby and a clip of Jen kicking a man between the legs.

Jennifer is also rumoured to be appearing on the new Chelsea Handler show After Lately, alongside her comedienne friend.

The star is set to have a quieter year having just completed production on two films, Horrible Bosses and Wanderlust, and with nothing confirmed in the pipeline.

"Sandler plays Danny, a plastic surgeon and schlub who marries a shrew but discovers post-divorce (and post-nose job) that the gold band is a magnet for bar chicks. That changes when he meets Palmer (the stunning Brooklyn Decker), which prompts him to shove the ring in his pocket to woo her beachside. Everything's hunky-dory until Palmer discovers the ring in Danny's pocket and naturally assumes he's married. Here's where the film takes its first characteristic step: Instead of explaining himself, Danny concocts a bizarre lie that he's separated from his wife and close to a divorce.

Jennifer Aniston has been out there lately. She has yet another romcom to promote (the yucky titled Just Go With It). Moreover, the former Friends star -- who turns 42 on Friday -- has a eponymous fragrance. We learned Aniston turned down a part on Saturday Night Live for her famed NBC hit years ago. The sexy bachelorette also had a public spat with Perez Hilton and said she would consider Lindsay Lohan for a role in any movies she directed. Not a word about Angelina Jolie, though. Phew.
Onto Jen's perfume, which debuted at Harrod's as Lolavie, but it's Jennifer Aniston in the U.S. Now you'll know what the star smells like: flowers and the sea.

``I wanted this fragrance to be a personal library of scent memories,'' Aniston says. ``Growing up in California, I distinctly remember the scent of the jasmine on summer evenings.''

As for the ocean, Aniston remembers early trips to Greece, where her father is from. ``I consider the scent of the ocean to be one of life's most uplifting sensual experiences -- pure happiness.'' We're glad something makes her happy. On Sephora.com from $39.

Other celebs are jumping into the perfume fray, too:

• Halle Berry may be battling with her ex Gabriel Aubry over their adorable daughter, but she's putting on a brave front to hawk her latest scent, Reveal.

With fruity, woodsy notes, it's ``a perfect balance of timeless sophistication and easy elegance, reminiscent of what it means to be naturally glamorous - an intriguing blend of confidence, charisma, realness with a touch of mystery.'' From $28 at unmysterious stores like Target.

• For teeny boppers and American Idol fans, AI winner Jordin Sparks' Because of You gift set might work ($24.95). PR materials claim it is ``made for the woman who shatters expectations [and] imbues a feeling of power, a sense that she can attain whatever she wants -- even the thrill of the forbidden.'' Go, girls!

• Beyoncé is busy, but not too busy to unveil another scent, Heat Rush, with passionfruit, blood orange and mango blossom. Mrs. Jay Z created HR ``to bring the feeling of warmth and sensuality to every woman who wears it.'' Can it give us some of your talent? At department stores, from $59.

• Lady Gaga has something cooking and we're hoping that it never sees (smells) the light of day. Vogue's March cover girl is developing Sécrétions Magnifiques, which contains squirm-inducing notes like blood and sweat, among other bodily fluids. It's supposed to be sensual, but then again, Gaga's meat dress was meant to be fashionable.

• Finally, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are developing Unbreakable, for both sexes, out Saturday at Perfumania. Let's hope they don't get divorced before then.

People.com said the film star made the remarks during a taping for Thursday's edition of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
Asked by DeGeneres if she is going to adopt another dog, People.com said Aniston replied, "I think you're confusing that with the Mexican child I'm supposedly adopting."

"Oh, are you going to adopt a Mexican child?" DeGeneres inquired.

"No, I'm not adopting a Mexican child," the single actress answered, joking that Adam Sandler "adopted four last week and that never even got mentioned. No, I'm not adopting any children. ... And no doggies right now."
